Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, Nevada. The trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from a major gateway airport near the winner’s home within the U.S. (exact airport, carrier and airline ticket class selected at the sole discretion of Sponsors), transportation from/to airport-hotel-airport, one (1) standard double occupancy junior suite accommodation for three (3) nights (accommodation to be selected at the sole discretion of Sponsors), two (2) tickets to three (3) Las Vegas shows (shows at the sole discretion of Sponsors), and $10,000.00 spending money for the Winner only (awarded as a check). ARV: $15,600.00. Actual value may vary depending on Winner’s point of departure and airfare fluctuations. If Winner resides within 150 miles of Las Vegas, NV, ground transportation may be substituted for air transportation at Sponsors’ sole discretion and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. Total ARV of prizes available to be won: $26,590.00. Winners acknowledge that Promotion Entities have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms therefore, and Winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.
