Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, Nevada. The trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from a major gateway airport near the winner’s home within the U.S. (exact airport, carrier and airline ticket class selected at the sole discretion of Sponsors), transportation from/to airport-hotel-airport, one (1) standard double occupancy junior suite accommodation for three (3) nights (accommodation to be selected at the sole discretion of Sponsors), two (2) tickets to three (3) Las Vegas shows (shows at the sole discretion of Sponsors), and $10,000.00 spending money for the Winner only (awarded as a check). ARV: $15,600.00. Actual value may vary depending on Winner’s point of departure and airfare fluctuations. If Winner resides within 150 miles of Las Vegas, NV, ground transportation may be substituted for air transportation at Sponsors’ sole discretion and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. All other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically mentioned herein as being provided, including, but not limited to luggage fees, ground transportation, meals, gratuities, travel documents, all federal, state and local taxes, and personal expenses are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18) unless guest is the child or legal ward of Winner. If Winner's guest is his/her child or legal ward, Winner must sign and return all required documentation on behalf of such child or legal ward. Guest (or, if child or legal ward of Winner, Winner) must sign and return a release of liability/publicity prior to issuance of travel documents.

Total ARV of prizes available to be won: $26,590.00. Winners acknowledge that Promotion Entities have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms therefore, and Winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. All coupons subject to the terms specified thereon and expire on February 15, 2010.
